Best breeds for dogfighting

Have you ever seen your dog be overly dominant and want to show that he or she is the boss. If you have, than you have to consider to test if your dog is actually born to be a fighting dog. Not only certain dog breeds are good as fighting dogs. The dog has to have a certain set of abilities in the first place. But they don't come out until a certain age, it is usually 14 or 15 months of age when you can test your dog with other dogs to see if it is good for dog fights.

But if you really want to have a good fighting dog you can also do something about it. Working on your dogs strength and stamina will allow its muscles to develop much better and to give him much more chance in the dog fighting world. Swimming is a good way to do so. It strengths almost every dog's muscle, it is just like with us, humans. In order to make the dog know how to move fast on the ground and be able to fight for longer periods you have also to train your dog to be able to run for hours. It won't be easy but once you make it possible, your dog will be ready, healthy and much more happy.

There are certain dog breeds that are better for raising fighting dogs. Mastiffs such as the Tibetan, English and French Mastiff are one of the best ones. Also English Pit Bulls, Bull dogs and Terriers are one of the best breeds for fighting dogs. But you have to keep in mind that the blood line and breed doesn't make the dog a fighting dog, but the training and attitude. You have to make sure your dog wants to be dominant and it has a strong jaw, because that is its most deadly weapon against its enemies.
